How do I book a delegate ticket?

You can book online following the 'Book Tickets' tab or call the events team on 01530 816456.

What format do the sessions take?

The conference consists of sessions, each on a theme.

After the presentation in each session, there is an opportunity for Q&A where delegates can pose questions to all speakers of that session.

I haven't received my tickets, what should I do?

Tickets are sent out one week before the event via the email address you provided when you booked your delegate ticket. If you still haven't received your tickets, please email events@rail-media.com or call the team on 01530 816 456.

Can I present?

Please get in touch with Rail Media's Events Team on 01530 816 459 outlining what you would like to speak about. Your presentation will need to fit within our session themes and be interesting or thought-provoking for the delegates.

Can I demonstrate my products?

We have limited space available, so please contact gemma@rail-media.com outlining what you would like to demonstrate.

Will the speaker presentations be available online after the event?

Yes, after the event an email will be sent out to all attendees advising them that the presentations are ready to download.

Tickets

Discounted rates are available for carers. To be eligible you will need to provide one of the following documents:

• Blue Badge

• DLA Letter (along with the ID of the person named within the letter)
