We also need a sustainable business model so that we have the funds and people to support you. We have begun our journey of change and want to update you about our plans.
We have set ourselves an ambitious 12-month plan to build on our strengths, tackle our weaknesses and create the capability to rise to future challenges.
This is focussed on outcomes for our members, steered by our values, and enabled by the commitment of all of us at RSSB. Success also depends on you, our members and stakeholders, partnering with us in the new settlement to actively contribute to delivery of the work programme that reflects industry priorities.
