SMARTbrief is a new, private video and document broadcast system for the mobile workforce. The principal is very simple …Drivers or mobile teams receive a mobile alert, via Push, Badge, Email or SMS text to view the latest video briefing in their SMARTbrief App. They simply access the briefing content via logging in to the secure SMARTbrief App on either their mobile, iPad, tablet or desktop device and they then watch the briefing. If required, they may also answer the pre-set, auto marked, multiple-choice questionnaire straight after the brief for knowledge verification. A range of unique support services are provided to maximise the benefits of the App.
